The working process of fully-automatic tire recycling plant flowchar:
Waste tire - Tire de beader- whole tire cutting - tire shredder - Rubber crusher - Main vibrating screen machine--Big magnetic separator -Vice vibrating screen machine--Small magnetic separator--Nylon fiber separator - Rubber powder
Technical data of tire shredder machine:

Decomposition equipments before tire shredder:
1. Tire debeader: to draw out the wire steels from bead of tires, capacity 40 pcs/h;

2. Whole tire cutter: to cut truck tires into pieces; Capacity 30-40 tires/h;

Main Rubber crusher is used to grind the chunks into smaller mesh powder through the vibrating screen as you need.

Advantages of tire recycling machine:
1. Crusher roller speed ratio: Ours is 1: 2.5, while the old type roller speed ratio is 1: 1.38.
2. Roller structure: Our two rollers are both grooved, which increase the friction and then improve the output, while the old type is one with groove, and the other is smooth.
3. Roller material: The roller is made by Welding wear resistant alloy materials, 5Cr6MnMo. We can offer you 3 years warranty of the roller. While the old types machine use cast iron to make the rollers, very easy to break or crack in two.
4. Machine feature: Our machine is energy saving 1/3. For example, producing 1T powder, our machine electricity consumption is only 150°, while their electricity consumption is about 250- 280° in making 1T powder.
5. Bearing: Our machine use rolling bearing, there are 8 pieces bearing inside, while the old machine use the slide bearings ( bush), which is not as good as ours.
Auxiliary equipment:
Magnetic separator: to separate the scrap steel from rubber powder;
Main feeder: to convey the big sizes rubber granules into rubber crusher;
Vibrating screens machine: to separate the fine rubber powder from bigger sizes;
Fiber separator: to remove the nylon fiber from rubber powder;
