(OTCQB: VRDR) Verde Resources announced a merger and acquisition (M&A) between its wholly owned subsidiary Verde Renewables, Inc and Rice Tech LLC of Nebraska . The partnership includes developing regenerative soil blends with activated biochar for liccarbon farming.

Rice Tech LLC is based near Lincoln, Nebraska . Its founder, Benjamin Rice , who is only 26, has been a student of the soil and natural composting practices since the age of 14.
